A refund of all monies including the initial shipping cost will be paid back to you within 7 days of the cancellation of the order, provided we receive the ordered items back in the condition in which they were sent including packaging. However the charges of returning the order to us will be deducted from the total refund cost. Returns

If you decide not to keep your purchase, simply inform us within 7 days of receipt and you may exchange or be reimbursed for the full value of the purchase, less the shipping costs. All returns must be sent in their original packaging and received in their original condition.

The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Damaged Goods

We recommend insurance for all goods despatched, available for a small charge. Our staff will contact you before we send your order. Where you recieve the ordered item in a damaged state, please contact us immediately

Delivery Time Frame

After your order has been received, we will generally check your order and process your payment.  You will be sent an email to confirm that this has been completed and that we have sent your order. The average time for your order to be delivered to you is between 2 - 14 days from confirmation of your order depending on your delivery location and payment details.

Delivery Charges

Kosmic Sound delivers anywhere in Australia via Australia Post, or via our general freight carriers, Startrak & Pep. Our rates are extremely reasonable. Insurance is optional and is calculated as 1.5% of the total cost of the goods to cover damage or non-delivery.
Kosmic Sound delivers to the Perth Metropolitan Area ABSOLUTELY FREE for orders over $99.

Delivery costs for orders under $99 will be a charged at a flat rate of $15.

If the goods are delivered and there is no-one home, the goods will be returned to the delivery depot, and will incur any applicable charges if the goods have to be redelivered.
