Fast and cost effective delivery of your order is important to us. The following information will give you an excellent guide to our delivery procedures:
As soon as we receive your order it will be processed and as soon as payment is confirmed we will package and ship the goods to you using one of our delivery services. We check for orders regularly during the day and night and we are notified as soon as your order is placed.
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays may be processed on these days but are generally processed first thing Monday morning.
Kosmic Sound delivers anywhere in Australia via Australia Post, or via our general freight carriers, Startrak & Pep.
Kosmic Sound delivers to the Perth Metropolitan Area ABSOLUTELY FREE for orders over $99.
Delivery costs for orders under $99 will be a charged at a flat rate of $15.
If the goods are delivered and there is no-one home, the goods will be returned to the delivery depot, and will incur any applicable charges if the goods have to be redelivered.

*** Please call or email us to verify that your purchase can be sent via this method. Some items will be too large or too heavy. Overnight delivery may not be available in rural areas.
***Please Supply a residential address only for large items. Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post have size and weight restrictions on post items. If you are unsure, please call Simone or Alex on the order hotline for more information.
Depending on your location, please allow up to 14 working days for packing and delivery.
If an item is not available you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Please inform us IMMEDIATELY if there is a problem with your delivery, or if goods arrive damaged.
From time to time we will offer free freight. This will be via our designated freight carrier only, any request for special delivery by any other method will be at the customers expense.
