You have probably seen a million pages of specs while searching for your dream Ibanez, but what is this guitar really like? The basic features are a bolt on maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, what seem like medium jumbo frets, a wide (but not too wide) and reasonably flat fingerboard make for a nice low action, and is quite nice to play.
A Nice Body
With a mahogany body and a nicely figured maple top, you will get a warm sound, that will cover a variety of styles, and the carved top certainly gives it a classy look, but also adds to the feel of the guitar, making it sit perfectly on your body as you play it.
Versatile Electronics
The pickups are quite versatile, with a single coil switching set up on the Ibanez True Duo Bucker. The AHS1 single coils also give a nice clear tone, which adds to this guitar's versatility.
A Great Bridge
The Sat Pro II eliminates unnecessary resonance around the saddles by firmly securing them to the bridge plate. This keeps the saddles very stable even during frequent tremolo use.
Overall...
All in all, this is a great guitar for the price and will allow you plenty of versatility, a great feel, and not break the bank.
